Medical Massage Therapy
Treatment includes blend of Swedish, Advanced Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage and/or Pre/Post Natal Massage (If in first trimester, must include doctors clearance). Great for alleviating chronic pain, relief from muscle tension and/or spasm, improving circulation, stress reduction, addition to rehabilitation/physical therapy, manage chronic conditions, and enhance athletic performance.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - Vodder
Treatment includes application of Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Vodder technique. Primarily used for lymphedema and/or edema management, post surgery recovery (incisions must be closed), removal of cellular waste in the body's interstitial fluid, stress relief, and to improve circulation.
Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
Treatment to decongest limbs from Lymphedema, and/or edema with a combo of Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Vodder, Compression Bandaging, Exercises, Skin Care, and Self Care Education
Combo MLD + Medical Massage
Combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder) and Medical Massage. Session starts with medical massage applied to areas of concern, and then finish with MLD to affected areas. Great for those who are in need of MLD, but have restrictive areas of muscle tension, and/or fascial tension.
